A Strong Academic Framework for Students

Our school follows 5+3+3+4 curriculum framework as outlined by NEP2020. Students get education and holistic development under Foundational stage from Pre-primary to class II, preparatory stage for class III to V, middle stage for classes VI-VIII and secondary stage for classes IX-XII. Our school ensures that not only child learns academic lessons but also enhances his or her personality on various vertices like vocational learning, community services and speaking skills.

The Joyful World of Pre-Primary

The Pre-Primary years are the most joyful and important stage of learning. Our Pre-Primary zone is filled with hands-on activities, laughter, rhythm, music, and dance, creating a happy environment for children.
Through the playway method, children learn naturally while playing, exploring, and expressing themselves. They are little bundles of energy and curiosity, and we encourage them to unfurl their hidden talents.
Our aim is to nurture confident, happy learners and lay a strong foundation for their future learning journey.

Primary Wing (Classes I–V)

At Mount Litera Zee School, the Primary Wing curriculum is designed in alignment with the CBSE framework and the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP), focusing on building strong academic foundations along with essential life skills. Our approach promotes 21st-century learning skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving in a nurturing and engaging environment.

The curriculum integrates core subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, and General Knowledge with activity-based and experiential learning methods. Students explore concepts through projects, group activities, hands-on experiments, storytelling, and interactive classroom discussions that make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

We emphasize holistic development by incorporating art, music, dance, sports, yoga, and technology into the learning process. Life skills, value education, and digital awareness are also an integral part of the program to nurture confident and responsible learners.

Through continuous assessment, experiential activities, and collaborative learning, we ensure that every child develops academically, socially, emotionally, and creatively, preparing them to become independent thinkers and future-ready global citizens.

Middle Classes

At this age, children are in a stage of intellectual and social development and they begin to connect themselves with the community in a larger sense. To cater to the needs of this age group, an integrated package of teaching, learning and assessment is delivered through the Litera Octave approach. Students are directed towards independent learning and are guided to take on more responsibility.
The main objective of this stage is to help the children make connections between the meaningful experiences in life and the courses of study.

Secondary School Classes

Now the stage is set for shaping the future based on subject preferences and skills gained. During this stage, the main objective is to hone the knowledge and skills gained at the Middle school.

Senior Secondary School Classes

The objective in the Higher Secondary is to offer students the opportunity to tailor their studies to their individual interests, abilities and future plans within the national curriculum framework. The students are guided to choose subjects based on their interests and future plans, be it Commerce, Sciences, Arts, with the respective elective subjects of their stream.
